2022 has arrived, and one year later we continue to anticipate how new tax increases on individuals as proposed in the House-passed Build Back Better legislation may impact charitable giving.  Laura will discuss pending federal and state legislation that may affect individuals and their charitable planning in 2022. She will also review the existing federal income, gift, and estate taxes that incentivize charitable giving.  While the uncertainty in changes to tax laws remains, we will discuss charitable giving tax strategies that can be used in 2022 to maximize your donors’ charitable giving impact and support the work that you do.
