Joe Zakens has worked in Fund Development for 10 years. In his time he helped a nonprofit grow from a 800k to nearly 5 million operating budget. Since then he has started Grow for Good helping small or new nonprofits organize and fundraise. Joe has been with Wayne Metro since 2024 and leads their individual giving program.
